KEY NUMBERS (Compared to May 2018)

· Number of Condo Sales down 4.4%
· Number of Single Family Sales down 10.2%
· Median  Condo Price     up 4.2%
· Median Single Family Price up 4.2%
· Inventory (# of listings)
          Condos up 1.4%
          SFH up  6.6%

Overall the condo and single family markets saw fewer sales than a year ago, but condos in the $250,000 to $300,000 range saw a 20.5% increase  in the number of sales, and condos over $1million were sold in 12.2% less time from a year ago. New listings for both condos and single family were down, and months supply of inventory for single family was at 6.2, a clear indicator of a balanced market and condo months supply was down 3.6% but with a 13.4 month supply, still remains in the Buyer’s Market territory with many outstanding opportunities. Condos and single family both saw median sale price increases of 4.2%. Year to date, condos and single family sales remained flat.
