November 2019 Monthly Single Family Home Report

Miami Real Estate Report, November 2019 Statistics

 It appears that the sluggish condo market is on the way up. Closed sales were up 1% in November and also up YTD compared to 2018 which was the best year since the slow down starting at the end of 2015. The number of condos that went under contract in November was up a strong 11% and the total Pending inventory was up 9.8% indicating a substantial increase in future closed sales. That and less inventory are bringing the supply and demand more in balance. The single Family market is stable with a balanced 6 month supply of inventory and substantial increases in sales in the $300k to $600k range. Click Links for the Detailed Reports.
