KEY NUMBERS (Compared to September 2018)
· Number of Condo Sales Up 11.4%
· Number of Single Family Sales Up 10.4%
· Median Condo Price - Up 3.2%
· Median Single Family Price Up 4.9%
· Inventory (# of listings)
Condos Down 1.9%
SFH Down 3.1%
September was positive across the board. Both Condos and Single Family closed sales were up 11.4% and 10.4% respectively with substantial increases in dollar volume - 14.5% Condos and 19.8% Single Family and new pending sales + 7.8% condos and +8.6% Single Family. That, with decreases in inventory , are signs that our market is becoming more balanced - lower supply and higher demand. Condos and SFH new listings are both down, 11.2% and 8.6% respectively which caused the month’s supply to decrease - another good indicator.
