Meet Ralph and Aura Cecilia
Ralph De Martino’s successful real estate career spans three and a half decades. Broker and President of Ocean International Realty and is on the Board and a member of the highly-acclaimed Master Brokers Forum comprised of the top Miami’s Realtors, his reputation for the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and service has placed him at the top of his field.
His leadership boasts an impeccable track record: State Director for Florida Realtors since 2001, Ralph also served as the 2011 President of the Miami Association of Realtors and as a Director for the National Association of Realtors. A member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and the Florida Resort and Second Home Property Forum, Ralph has received numerous awards and distinctions over his career, including being ranked in the top two percent nationwide for sales volume, the Florida Realtors Honor Society, and the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches Honor Society.
In addition, he was recognized by the Miami Sun Post as the “Best Vacation and Second Home Broker” in Miami. A Miami Beach resident since 1996, Ralph lives with his wife Aura Cecilia.

Aura Cecilia Rengifo enjoyed a successful career in international business development, international relations, and academia across Latin America, Europe, and China for over 20 years before becoming a Single Agent broker about a decade ago. A skilled negotiator with a comprehensive understanding of business, cultures, and currencies, Aura Cecilia’s professional experience affords her an investor’s view of the real estate industry.
With a B.S. in International Studies from Universidad Central de Venezuela and a Master of Public Policy degree from University of Houston, Aura Cecilia is multilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish as well as basic French and Portuguese.
She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Florida Realtors and the Miami Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee. A Miami Beach resident since 1999, Aura Cecilia lives with her husband Ralph.
